A sequel to the film Dominique, the retired assassin now lives in Colombia, hiding from the mob and works in a church kitchen, when she befriends, Tito, a homeless child whose sister has been kidnapped by human traffickers.  Dusting off her guns, Dominique commits to rescuing the sister, but as she wages a war against the traffickers, her enemies close in, and a bullet lodged in her head causes her to go blind.
